Local Newspapers

Am trying to get hold of a full list of all local newspapers, if possible
with contact email addresses.

Does anyone know where I can find such a list? (Just Kent, or all of UK, or
any help appreciated).

The reason is I would like to contact as many as possible on behalf of a
charity, in relation to a TV programme that was broadcasted last night.
